We have developed the PcCredit System for customers who need to interface Coin and Bank Note handling products to a PC, via it's standard RS232 Port. The PcCredit System uses a standardised protocol which will "talk" to a range of PcCredit PCB boards, each designed to control a specific or combination of money handling products. This range of Interface's, take care of the connected devices functions, so you do not need to know how a specific device works, we do that for you. You just issue simple commands, and we do the rest, leaving the PC to get on with its main function. The range of devices that the PcCredit System can control includes Coin Acceptors, Note Validators, Payout Hoppers, Card Readers, Meters, Escrow, Input Buttons and Output Devices all controlled from a our standard Software Protocol, enabling users to add different device control, at a later date without major Software Re-Writes of the host system. We supply a full Software Engineers Manual to quickly enable OEM's to embed our control codes into their own operating system. Versions of PcCredit PCB boards which have been designed to work with the Mars Cashflow range of Coin Validators, support the new BCO System, which allows Validation of up to 16 Different Value Coins (including the Euro Coin Set). Most of the PcCredit Boards in the range need a simple 12Volt DC Power Supply (does not need -12V), some even take their power from the Power Supply within the PC itself. We also have a "Watchdog" board which connects to some versions of PcCredit. The Watchdog board is designed to reset a PC or complete machine, should the operating system of that machine crash out or hang.
