"Sparky"
Sparky is a 12V device which can
be used to sense the presence of High Voltage Piezo induced sparks. Sparky has a
sensitivity control pot. which can be used to set the level of detection required. Sparky
has a Relay output which can be used to either trigger external alarm systems, or can be
wired directly to a 12V sounder. Option links on Sparky can be set so that the relay
contacts are either, momentarily made or made for 25 seconds or permanently made. The best
mounting position for Sparky is near to the Coin Mechanism, with its Antenna loosely hung
near or around the Validator.
